Documents to be submitted with application:
- 1. Address Proof
- 2. Applicant Photo
- 3 . Identity Card
- 4. Undertaking in INR 20 bond paper
- 5. Domicile Certificate for last 5 year
Application Fee : Lease amount at Rs.300/hectare of effective water spread area for tanks and at Rs.300 per Km of river stretch
